Each trainer profile is manually reviewed for credentials and compliance before being listed as verified.
What is the difference between Charlie and a real trainer?
Charlie offers immediate platform and training guidance. A verified trainer provides individual programming, direct feedback and human accountability.
How do payments work?
Platform and coaching payments are handled through One To One. Charges, refunds and subscription changes are recorded in your account history.
Can I switch trainers?
Yes. A client can have one active trainer at a time and may change that relationship through the coaching management journey.
